Doctor's Gaping Orders

Rose (Ravyn Alexa) and her doctor, Dr. Mesher (Casey Calvert), have an ongoing sexual relationship. Every time Rose comes in for her usual checkup, things get down and dirty. But this time, the appointment is different because Dr. Mesher has brought someone along, Nurse Karyn (Yhivi). The nurse is enticed to join them, leading to a raunchy examination that includes using a rectal speculum on Rose!
