Scope of the service

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons that appear in any visual depiction linked from this website were at least 18 years of age at the time such depictions were created. This website does not host, stream, produce, or transmit any sexually explicit media. It displays catalog metadata, such as titles, names, dates, and text descriptions, and links to independent third-party websites where those records originate.

Because Release Index is not a producer, primary or secondary, of any content subject to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or 28 C.F.R. § 75, and does not originate any depiction subject to those regulations, it is not a custodian of records for such depictions. Record-keeping and custodian-of-records obligations for the material itself rest with the producers and publishers at the third-party destinations we link to.
