Phoenix strapped to bondage table and made to cum

Phoenix is given an orgasm counter to press each time she has an orgasm, told she will receive a reward if she can keep herself from orgasming.  Used on her are a variety of vibrators and dildos while she is strapped down and unable to get away from them.  Can she hold off the orgasms, or will the orgasm counter rack up the numbers?
