Pam lets herself be guided for her training

On her first day at the agency, Pam is thrilled to meet Michael, the sound engineer. He teaches her the basics of the trade and, most importantly, how to relax among colleagues. Pam soon discovers that Michael's talents extend beyond simple sound design to the art of warming up the atmosphere.
