Maria Anjel strapped to bondage table and made to cum

Maria Anjel is given an orgasm counter to press each time she has an orgasm, being told she will get $50 more if she can hold off from orgasming.  Used on her are a Hitachi magic wand, clit vibrator, and vibrating dildo.  Maria decides to take the game seriously than many other have, holding off for as long as she can, but can she hold off the orgasms for good, or will the orgasm counter rack up the numbers?
