Goon Training for Virgins

This clip includes a 2-part virgin training session to teach you to goon for hours at a time. You will not be allowed to move onto part 2 until you’ve successfully completed my first test. This 2-part exercise will take your full commitment, and you’ll feel humiliating failure many times before we’re done. Stick to the rules, do exactly as I say, and eventually you’ll learn true gooning stamina.
