2 Girl Straightjacket Struggle

Nyxon in her spandex leotard straightjacket is strapped back to back with Caroline Pierce in her leather bolero style straightjacket. The girls' arms are belted together at the biceps as well as their chests, and there is a shared crotch rope keeping them from drifting apart downstairs. They are hoisted to the ceiling, ballgagged, and then told the first one of them to escape gets a crispy new $100 bill. Who will claim it?
